Each deck has 56 affirmation cards. The cards were created with the intention of providing easy-to-use tools for taking deliberate actions, one positive affirmation at a time. Each positive affirmation is designed to support you during the day or night, during a crisis, or to offer a way to align your intentions and visions.

A few years ago I discovered that affirmations come easily to me. While I was studying at the University of Santa Monica (USM), I took on the project of writing affirmations on a monthly basis. My intention was to see if I could write 400 of them during the course of 6 months and to my amazement, I wrote over 500 affirmations.
During this period of time, I noticed that things in my life looked and felt different. It was as though I was more present in the world and my relationships deepened and my work became effortless for the most part. I recognized that when I worked with positive affirmations my thoughts and feelings were clearer and more expansive. I realized that Spirit supports us when our intentions are clear and our affirmations are aligned.
During the course of my year at USM, I was inspired to create a deck of affirmation cards for myself and others. My intention was to assist people in taking aligned actions in their lives, one positive affirmation at a time. I chose each positive affirmation to support the reader during a day, a crisis, or as a way for them to align their intentions.
Since the inception of the “I AM” Affirmation Deck Series, the purpose of the cards has been to assist each of us in creating inner harmony and peace by utilizing the cards and their affirmations on a daily basis. The belief is when we align our intentions and affirmations, we can achieve our heart’s desires with grace and ease.
